iOS Device Configuration for Hosted Exchange

If you need to disconnect or connect to an exchange hosted mailbox using your IOS Device, please do the following:

Navigate to Settings:

  • Click into "Mail";
  • Click into "Accounts";

Disconnecting:

  • Choose your exchange account, Scroll down and click "Delete Account";
  • Select "remove from my iphone" when prompted;
  • Your account will be removed.

Connecting:  

  • Choose "Add Account";
  • Choose "Microsoft Exchange"
  • Enter the email address we provided to you.  Example:  john@johnscompany.com
  • Click Next and follow the prompts to complete the process which will include:
    • Your microsoft username (email address for your company);
    •  password for your account;
    • 2FA confirmation;
  • Select the options you wish to sync (typically email, calandar, contacts) and finish the process;
  • Your phone will begin to sync the mail, contacts and calendars.
