My website and email is down, what do I do?

If you are unable to access your website or not able to send or receive email and have tried several times unsuccessfully, there could be a few reasons this is happening:

1.  Your domain name is expired:   You can quickly check to see the status of your domain by typing it into www.whois.sc    If your domain was registered with Inet7, You can check the status of your domain within our Management Area   https://manage.inet7.com   

2.  You are not connected to the Internet:    If you cannot visit www.inet7.com or www.google.com, there is a problem with your Internet connection.  Often times, a quick reboot of your router and computer will fix this issue.  If it does not, call your service provider for support.  

3.  Your account with Inet7 is not current:   Please check the status of your account with Inet7 within our Management Area:  https://manage.inet7.com
