1. Go to Setting > Accounts & Passwords and tap "Add Account". (If you're using iOS 10.3.3 or earlier, go to Settings > Mail > Accounts and tap Add Account.)
2. Choose "Other" then "Add Mail Account". Enter your Name, your full e-mail address, the password assigned by your email administrator and a brief description in the fields provided. Click "Next".
3. Highlight "POP" as the account type, Scroll down down to enter information into each field as noted:
- Incoming Mail Server
- Host Name: this will always be webmail.(yourdomainname).com/.net/org Please see the Email Setup Portion of your welcome email you received from Inet7;
- Username: enter your full e-mail address (not just the user but the full user@yourdomain.com)
- Password: enter the password provided to you by your e-mail administrator (this may already be entered in the form of several "dots" from your previous step)
- Outgoing Mail Server
- Host Name: this will always be webmail.(yourdomainname).com/.net/org Please see the Email Setup Portion of your welcome email you received from Inet7;
- Username: enter your full e-mail address (not just the user but the full user@yourdomain.com)
- Password: enter the password provided to you by your e-mail administrator (this may already be entered in the form of several "dots" from your previous step)
4. Click "Save". You will receive a notice: "Cannot connect using SSL, Do you want to try setting up the account without SSL?" Click "yes". It will do this once for incoming email and once for outgoing email. Click Yes both times.
You are now ready to send and receive email with your device.
