Forgotten Password to Customer Management Portal

If you have forgotten your password to the customer management portal, you can click the "forgotten password" link at login.   Enter your e-mail address registered in our system and answer the security question you selected when signing up for services.  (The secret question/answer is only available if you set one up on your account.  It is highly recommended all users have a security question setup in their account settings.  http://manage.inet7.com/knowledgebase/46/Setting-Security-Question-In-Customer-Management-Portal.html ).

After you hit submit, an email with instructions will be sent to you.
