Accessing e-mail from more than one computer.

Often times, a user is not always in front of the same computer when they want to check their e-mail.   If using webmail is not an option, then you may choose to store some e-mail on the server for a longer period of time allowing you to download e-mails at home, and still have them available at the office when you return.

In this case, you would setup the second computer to receive e-mail, but under the advanced options you would check to "leave a copy on the server".

Keep in mind this can cause issues with disk space and full mailboxes and it should only be used temporarily.
