Setting Security Question In Customer Management Portal

To aid in the security of your account when calling for support or to help you retrieve a forgotten password, it is recommended that all clients setup a Security Questoin within their account.   To do so, do the following:

  • Log into the customer management portal at https://manage.inet7.com
  • Click on your name in the upper-right then choose "Edit Account Details"
  • Choose "Security Settings" 
  • Choose your security question, enter your answer where indicated, click Save Changes.
