- Log into the customer management portal at https://manage.inet7.com
- Click on your name in the upper-right then choose "Edit Account Details"
- Choose "Security Settings"
- Choose your security question, enter your answer where indicated, click Save Changes.
To aid in the security of your account when calling for support or to help you retrieve a forgotten password, it is recommended that all clients setup a Security Questoin within their account. To do so, do the following:
