User Management for CloudMail

While each user can fully edit their own account password, forwarding and auto-reply settings, The online portal let's an administrator for your company to login and perform the following tasks:

  • See a graphical overview of the filtering /protection stats for your entire organization as a whole;
  • List all users for the organization;
  • Drill into existing user settings, including viewing the quarantine and releasing messages;

This portal is located at https://hostedex.emailservice.io

To add/remove/modify a user that does not have access to their own settings, please email [email protected]
