Adding M365 Mailbox to Outlook
Add your Micrsofto M365 Mailbox to Outlook 2016 (or newer) on a Windows PC.
1. Open Outlook
2. Select File, and then select + Add Account
3. Enter your full email address
4. Enter your password initially assigned to you by your administrator, click Sign in
5. Update your password and click Sign in
6. At this point, you will be asked to stay signed into all apps or just Outlook. Choose No, sign in to
this app only
7. You're all finished! Click Done.
In some cases, you may need to close Outlook and re-open Outlook and your mail account will populate.
